Mash banana into a small bowl, add liquid egg whites, oats, and swerve.

Bring nonstick skillet to medium heat

Spread out batter in skillet and let cook for a few minutes. Then use a spatula to turn over in big chunks. Cook for a few more minutes before using a spatula to “chop up” … just imagine how you would do for scrambled eggs! Cook a few more minutes, tossing frequently, until the mixture dries out some.

The finished product will be golden brown “clumps” almost banana bread texture.

Combine sauce ingredients into a bowl and top with the cooked oats and a pat of butter.
